Prayer for Jesus, God's Greatest
Gift
O Jesus, I believe that the greatest proof of God's love is his
gift to us of you, his only Son. O Lord, Jesus Christ, we ask
you to incarnate in us your invisible Divinity. What you accomplished
corporally in Mary, accomplish now spiritually in your Church.
May the Church's sure faith conceive you, its unstained intelligence
give birth to you, and its soul united with the power of the
Most High preserve you forever.
Amen.
Abouna's Message
Dear Friends,
I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy
New Year. Christmas is a time for sharing. It reminds us of our
call to be Jesus to others. It is time to celebrate God who loved
us so much that He became one of us, who walks with us, who celebrates
with us and who teaches us to love as He loves.
Christmas is a time for us to open our eyes to the signs of
the times, to be prophets of justice and peace, to look and do
something about the hunger for love, for hope, for reconciliation,
for peace and justice.
I hope and pray that you and your families have a blessed
Christmas filled with the peace and love of God, and that this
New Year be abounding with God's favor.
With Affection I remain,
In Jesus Christ, Our Saviour
