First Reading: Colossians 3:1 - 4 (English):
In this reading, St. Paul asks us to seek things that are above
and where Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father. When
Christ is revealed we are also revealed with him in glory.
Second Reading: Corinthians 1:15 - 12 - 26
(Lebanese):
St. Paul explains that the resurrection of Jesus is invalid if
we think that there is no resurrection of the dead. Jesus is
risen. He is the one who gives life.
Gospel: Matthew, 28: 1 - 10 (English &
Lebanese):
The Resurrection of Jesus is our biggest Celebration. It is the
base of our faith. By his Resurrection, Jesus conquers the death
and starts a new covenant, the covenant of Jesus, Son of God,
Jesus the Lord, the one who is quiet in front of Pilate. His
silence was stronger than words.
