Valentine's Day Celebration New Couples (2000)
Leamington Ministerial Association invites all the Christians to pray for each other. This week we pray for :
Leamington United ChurchValentine's Day Celebration: St. Anthony's Parish is having a celebration for all the couples who got married during the year 2000, on Sunday February 18th, 2001 at 12:00PM. We also would like to celebrate with couples celebrating their silver (25), Gold(50) and Diamond(75) Anniversaries. Please register your names on the sheet provided. Thank you.
Patriarchal Reception: A reception for the visit of his Emminence Cardinal Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir is being held on Thursday March 22, 2001, at the Leamington Lebanese Club. Tickets are available from St. Anthony's Parish Council. Tickets are $40.00 (Donation). Only Advanced tickets will be available as there will be no tickets sold at the door on the night of the reception.
Mystery Dinner Theater will be hosted by the Knox Presbyterian Church, at 58 Erie St. South, Leamington. On Sunday February 25, 2001 at 5:00 P.M. Roast Beef Dinner to be served, admission is $15.00 per person.

Parish Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday Feb.13th 2001 at 7:00 P.M. at St. Anthony's Parish for both the new and the old Parish Council. Everyone is encouraged to attend this very important meeting.
Youth Group: A meeting for St. Anthony's Parish Youth Group will be held on Wednesday Feb. 14th 2001 at 7:00 PM. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
First Holy Communion preparation Courses will be held on Friday night from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at St. Anthony's with Jihane and Margrate. Bring your Books.
New Bingo Sessions will take place on Thursday Feb. 15, 2001. First Session will be at 12:30 PM and second Session will be at 6:30 PM. Everyone Welcome to attend.
Our Lady of Lourdes
February 11
The Virgin Mary appeared to Bernadette Soubirous from a cave near Lourdes, France, in 1858. From February 11 to July 16, the young peasant girl saw "the lady dressed in white" about eighteen times. Mary told her to pray for sinners and to have a church built ont hat spot. When Bernadette asked her who she was, she replied, "I am the Immaculate Conception." Today the great shrine of Lourdes is a sacred place where pilgrims gather from all the world for prayer, healing and renewal of faith.
